JOB OVERVIEW
This position will provide administrative support across the organization by answering phones, forwarding calls to the correct recipients, and ensuring all responsibilities are completed accurately in a timely manner with professionalism as the first point of contact for Endeavor Energy Resources, LP.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome visitors by greeting and directing them appropriately.
- Answer, screen, and forward any incoming phone calls politely while providing basic information when needed.
- Receive and sort daily mail, deliveries, and couriers.
- Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, collating, and faxing when needed.
- Provide administrative support across the organization when needed.
- Update company phone list regularly to reflect any changes.
- Promote and exude professionalism at all times.
- Stock kitchens.
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or GED required.
- 5 or more years’ experience in a clerical/receptionist position required.
- Ability to lift 10lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Ability to organize, multitask, prioritize, and work under pressure.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls within a short period of time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel preferred.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills required.
