Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. This is a full-time position in a Real Estate office setting for a luxury community.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and courteous manner
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate individual
- Schedule appointments for multiple staff members
- Perform data entry tasks, including updating client information and maintaining records
- Assist with general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and distributing to the appropriate recipients
- Provide administrative support as requested
Skills:
- Previous experience working in a Real Estate office is preferred
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Familiarity with QuickBooks or other accounting software is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Efficient data entry skills with high accuracy
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
