Reception Clerk

Position: Administrative Clerk, (8AM to 4:30PM)

Location: Hammond, IN

Opportunity: Tribologik Corporation needs an administrative clerk who is comfortable with simple operations on the desktop computer, and able to, and willing to, perform administrative tasks on the computer, at office, for eight-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. The employer will provide on-the-job paid training.

Job Description :

· Answering and directing phone calls;

· Taking and processing orders;

· Contacting various parties by phone and email: contractors, customers, vendors and tracking appointments and deliveries;

· Compiling, maintaining and updating company records;

· Managing inventory and working with vendors to ensure supply deliveries;

· Setting up appointments, scheduling meetings, distributing reports and managing the correspondence between the office and external parties;

· Performing basic functions on the computer;

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Punctuality, positive attitude, safety minded.
• Demonstrate that you can reasonably and reliably commute to the office location in Hammond, Indiana.
