Reception and Registration Specialist
Fast-paced, high-end concierge practice, seeks an ambitious, motivated, professional with a passion for health care.
This single-practitioner specializes in women’s mid-life care, HRT and problem-focused gynecological care; she boasts over three decades of experience. Her practice caters to notable politicians, public figures and other high-profile patients; you must be familiar with HIPAA policy and understand how important privacy is, to all of our patients.
Your primary roles include, but aren’t limited to:
Answer the primary phone line.
Make, cancel, reschedule and confirm appointments.
Register new patients in advance of their appointment.
Field and prioritize patient concerns and distribute to the proper team member accordingly.
Skills required:
High School or GED; some college preferred.
Must be well-spoken, respectful and empathetic; ultimately, this is a customer-service position.
Attention to detail.
Ability to work well with others and pick up slack when needed.
Ability to complete a task independently.
Knowledge of EMR is a bonus; we use Practice Fusion.
Minimum of two years experience in front desk reception, specific to the medical field; OB/GYN experience is a plus.
This is a full-time, in-person, position.
