Join Fritolay for a full-time Receiving Inventory Admin role at Aberdeen. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Corrugate and Materials Coordinator. The primary responsibility of this position is to ensure the seamless flow of corrugate materials to meet production demands. The successful candidate will be involved in various aspects of corrugate management, from forecasting and ordering to coordinating the storage and unloading of new and used cardboard.
- Maintain adequate corrugate levels to enable production demands are met
- Forecasting, ordering, and coordinating the unload and storage of new and used cardboard
- Reconciling weekly physical inventory and ensuring MIM accuracy
- Deliver carton account financials to achieve positive plan variance
- Minimizing multi-trip new cardboard usage through networking with other Frito-Lay locations
- Participate on weekly conference calls for KD reconciliation between Frito-Lay Plants and DCs
- Carton communication across the site and York
- Receiving and Raw Materials Ownership
- Weekly due in scheduling
- Weekly MIM meeting ownership, action plan follow up, and recounts
- Financials ownership and needs to be capable of troubleshooting outages, communication of process failures and process implementation to achieve planned financial performance
- Own the receipt processes in the department to ensure that partners are paid timely for the materials we use
- Manage BP communication and execution for cartons and film
- Compliance to PepsiCo SAG/SOX Requirements
- Participate in team meetings
- All other duties as assigned
- Ability to work overtime as needed
Compensation & Benefits:
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $40,000 - $63,800 based on a full-time schedule
- Location, confirmed job-related skills and experience will be considered in setting actual starting salary
- Paid time off subject to eligibility, including paid parental leave, vacation, sick, and bereavement

Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and conflict resolution skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with and build relationships with all levels of site staff
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point S. Intermediate.
- Ability to complete CVT, oracle training, ICS training, RTime training
- Ability to Flex schedule as needed to accommodate business needs
