The New Iberia facility specializes in cold box assembly and fabrication, pressure vessels and other cryogenic equipment as used for the air separation and hydrocarbon industries. The end users of this equipment include all the major LNG, petrochemical and air separation engineering on a worldwide basis. The facility is located at the Port of Iberia.
The Receiving Analyst will assist the Shipping & Receiving/ Project Management departments with receiving Purchase Order lines in JDE system according to policies and procedures.

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be...
Review Purchase orders and shipping documents.
Assuring that the material and services being received are accurate in cost and quality.
Reviewing material reports and shipping documents are accurate.
Using the JDE program to digitally receive lines on purchase orders.
Working with other departments to provide complete/accurate documentation.
Ensure 3-way match between purchase orders, packing slips, and supplier invoices.
Maintain highest ethical behavior while following Chart procedures, policies, work instructions, and safety guidelines.
Regularly communicate material / document issues with Procurement team, Project Managers, and other team members.
Regularly attend team meetings to identify and resolve issues that may impact the receiving process.
Communicating and assisting with Quality Management System processes, track and dispose of discrepancies related to non-conforming vendor supplied material.
Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Your Education Should Be...
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Two-year degree in business or related field preferred.
Your Physical Work Environment Will Require...
Walking
Standing
Using hands
Bending
Lifting up to 30 lbs.
Your Professional Experience Should Be...
Combination of education and experience are considered.
Three years of related experience and/or training.
Strong organizational skills, detail oriented and can multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Takes initiative and can meet required deadlines.
Effective oral and written communication skills and able to build relationships within the organization.
Ability to solve practical problems in a timely manner while dealing with a level of ambiguity.
Proficient in MS Office, including extensive Excel knowledge.
Experience with JD Edwards (E1) is a plus.
