Reassembly Technician
Fulltime: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm, Mon - Fri
Pay rate: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.
Location: 111 Bluegrass Dr. Norwalk, OH 44857

Summary:
As a Body Shop Reassembly Technician, your primary responsibility will be to reassemble vehicles that have undergone collision repairs. You will play a critical role in ensuring that all parts and components are properly and securely reattached to the vehicle and that the final assembly meets our quality and safety standards.
What you will do:
• Review work orders and repair documents to understand the scope of the reassembly for each vehicle.
• Efficiently and accurately reassemble vehicle, following repair guidelines and manufacturer specifications.
• Install interior and exterior components, including body panels, trim, moldings, and accessories.
• Ensure that all parts, fasteners, and components are correctly aligned, secured, and functioning properly.
• Conduct visual inspections to identify any defects or issues during the reassembly process and make necessary adjustments.
• Work in collaboration with the team to address any additional repairs or modifications that may be required.
• Maintain a clean well-organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are in good working condition.
• Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to minimize accidents and maintain a safe working environment.
• Other duties as required.
What you will need:
• Previous experience in vehicle reassembly in a body shop or collision repair environment.
• Tools
• Working knowledge of automotive systems, parts, and components.
• Detail-oriented with excellent hand-eye coordination and mechanical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and committed to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical dexterity to perform tasks that may require bending, stretching, reaching, and lifting.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Positive attitude
• Have a clean driving record.
