Job description

This position is Hybrid and eligible for telework up to three days a week, in accordance with the Statewide Telework Policy, and will be required to report to the office as needed/required. The successful candidate must reside in California upon appointment.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager (SSM) II, Office of Human Resources (OHR) Return to Work (RTW) Unit, the Staff Services Manager I- Specialist (Reasonable Accommodation (ACCM)/FMLA Coordinator) serves as a highly skilled personnel management expert in all aspects of Reasonable Accommodations, non-industrially injured and industrially injured DGS employees and acts as a liaison with each DGS office in returning injured employees to work utilizing Department policies and applicable laws, rules, statutes and regulations.
