• Skillfully negotiate purchase terms with sellers to secure advantageous deals.
• Work closely with legal and finance teams to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulations, and opportunities.
• Meet or exceed acquisition targets on a consistent basis.

Qualifications:

• Experience in real estate acquisitions, wholesaling, or a closely related field, with a track record of successful negotiations.
