Role Responsibilities:

This person will be tasked with executing business initiatives and ensuring that the team stays on track to achieving its goals. The main emphasis of the work will be in the avenue of client care/transaction management. When working with clients, we aim to provide a “WOW” level of service. The Transaction Manager is an essential part of this experience as the main point of contact from the time the client goes under contract to the final sale at the closing table. Along with these duties, this person will be tasked with some administrative and marketing responsibilities. This position has high future growth potential.

Transaction Manager/Client Care

There are four primary functions in the transaction management role: compliance, customer service, logistics, and problem-solving.

Compliance: This involves ensuring that all documents are signed, correct, and submitted to the appropriate parties in a timely manner.

Customer Service: This is at the heart of everything that we do. Our clients mean everything to us, so it’s not enough to get a client to the closing table on time. Customer service at The Whaley Group means going above and beyond to make what is generally a stressful time an enjoyable one.

Logistics: This involves handling and coordinating when the listing signs need to be placed at a property, when a new listing should go on the market, etc.

Problem Solving: Real Estate transactions have many moving parts working in a short period. This inevitably leads to obstacles and unexpected challenges. The right person for this role will be able to handle these obstacles and help the clients/3rd parties navigate this process.

The person in this role will handle all buyer and seller clients. This person will handle the pre-marketing and pre-listing process, the on-the-market advertising for our home sellers, and the under-contract process for buyers and sellers.

Marketing

· Execute a client engagement program

· Implement/execute a neighborhood follow-up plan

· Oversee the company database and ensure proper communication with all contacts

· Plan four quarterly client appreciation events

· Create and manage content to be marketed on Facebook, Instagram, the company website, etc.

· Create guides and materials for potential clients (i.e., home buying and selling guides)

· Obtain client reviews and testimonials

Administrative

· Ensure office materials are stocked and that the office is running smoothly

· Promptly respond to emails and texts from clients

· Organize listing feedback for clients

· Implement client “WOW” process (standards of excellence for client experience)

· Build the operations guide for the business to include all organizational processes

Work Environment

Most work will be completed at the designated office space at The Whaley Group office in Taylors, SC. The work schedule will be Monday-Friday 8:45AM -5:00PM. There will be occasional duties on evenings and weekends for events and strategic initiatives. This is a salaried position. This role would include paid vacation and a 4% company-matching 401k after one year of employment.
