We are looking for a buyers agent. Your main role will be to handle incoming inquires in our system and nurture them until they are ready to find a home. Once they are ready, you'll show them homes and help them with the home buying process.
Please note this is a commission only job. No Guaranteed pay, but the sky is the limit. We have a proven process and system for agents who are dedicated. Any Questions, Feel Free to ask!
Responsibilities
- Answer Incoming Leads through our systems
- Evaluate the clients’ desires and economic capabilities to discover the appropriate suggestions
- Provide information regarding legal guidelines, rates, specifications and property availability
- Mediate the dealings between sellers and buyers ensuring good conduct and the honest exchange of information towards a beneficial understanding
- Advise on the value of properties by thoroughly researching the market or past purchases
- Present properties to potential buyers and address questions or concerns
- Complete important legal documents (contracts, agreements etc)
- Generate and manage lists of properties for sale
- Collaborate and network with contractors, home inspectors, attorneys and other external stakeholders
- Remain knowledgeable about the market and best practices
- Assist sellers in how to best promote their properties to attract advantageous offers
Skills
- Proven working experience as a Real Estate broker
- Proven track record of sales
- Ability to work autonomously and sell effectively
- Outstanding people skills with a demonstrable aptitude in negotiation
- Trustworthy and results-driven
- Basic knowledge of Google Docs, CRMs, and email/text.
- Valid licence to practice the profession of Real Estate broker
Our Team has helped plenty of agents go from 0-100k. This job is strictly commission, but with our systems and some hard work, most make 50k+ in their first year with many future opportunities available.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $67,511.00 - $125,023.00 per year
