Seeking a highly professional individual who is extremely organized, responsive, highly productive, detail-oriented and enjoys both client-facing and administrative tasks and the processes to ensure the highest efficiency. Must be committed to supporting a client experience that is seamless from end to end.
You are ambitious with a desire to grow one of the most respected name brands in local Real Estate, have a thirst for knowledge and growth, possess incredible people skills, dedication to great work and support of others to become a significant collaborator in the future. Some of the tasks you will be responsible for will be supervising office staff, overseeing daily operations, tracking Real Estate sales, organization of filing systems, coordinating part of the transaction process, administrative tasks, communications, marketing, managing timelines and priorities, meeting with vendors, solving problems and other duties as assigned.
· Training and supervising office staff and brokers.
· Supervise administrative assistants and direct daily operations to make sure procedures are followed
· Organize and maintain systems
· Maintaining an office calendar and scheduling meetings
· Keeping the office facilities clean and stocked
· Responding to inquiries in-person, via phone, and via email by end of day
· Referring potential clients to Real Estate agents
· Manage escrows and execute sales purchase agreements
· Coordinate all closing activities
· Create and manage staff work schedules in accordance with established company policies
· Coordinate time off requests and management approvals
· Help cover brokers and team members when they have time off.
· Monitor Multiple Listing Service (MLS) including the addition of listings, copywriting, image selection and ongoing maintenance as r required
· Oversee database maintenance and SOI daily to include coordination with Fusion marketing on regular and special projects
· Provide sales support to sales team for showings, special events and client communications as necessary
· Provide administrative support to the Team Leader when necessary
· Manage inventory of office supplies and marketing materials
· Recognize when new systems are needed, research and inplement
· Provide assistance to Realtors when needed

These groups will all be supporting the business and you will have access to learning business growth strategies and systems.
