SalaryWe seek a motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Real Estate team as a Showing Assistant. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the Real Estate industry and work with a dynamic and successful team.
Responsibilities:
- Accompany clients on property showings and open houses
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients during property viewings
- Assist with property research and data analysis to support agents in making informed decisions
- Prepare necessary documentation and paperwork for property showings
- Maintain an organized and presentable appearance of the properties before and after showings
- Communicate and coordinate with operations manager, clients, and lead agent effectively both in-person and through various communication channels
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Previous experience in Real Estate or a related field is preferred; must be licensed in Texas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
- A positive and professional attitude
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
