What You'll Do:
- Discover homes that align with buyers' wishes and wallets, boosting our sales success.
- Assist in crafting the best offers and smoothly closing deals, ensuring everyone leaves the table happy.
- Ensure buyers have access to homes for inspections and measurements, keeping the process swift and seamless.
- Collaborate with buyer clients, listing agents, and sellers to showcase properties efficiently.
- Deliver top-tier customer service by promptly addressing buyer queries through calls, emails, and texts.
What You Need:
- A valid Real Estate License, or be on your way to securing one.
- The knack for or the willingness to master Real Estate-specific CRM and tech tools for marketing and lead management.
- Comfort with spending plenty of time on the road, showing off your independence and self-drive.
- A professional demeanor in both attitude and appearance, ready to impress and influence.

Compensation:$72,500 yearly
Responsibilities:- Help buyers with refining their home criteria and select additional homes to show
- Assist the lead agent by showing homes to buyer clients that meet their needs and budgets that results in more sales
- Coordinate and attend on-site property inspections with clients so process is smooth and timely
- Educate yourself on local communities and listed properties in order to knowledgeably answer clients’ questions
- Assist the clients in writing offers and closing the deal so the process is timely and smooth
- Must have a valid Real Estate License
- Driven, motivated and desires professional growth
- Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
- Willing and able to spend a lot of time driving
- Technologically proficient and able to learn new programs with ease
