Real Estate Sales Specialist

Don Dunham III Real Estate provides an exciting and challenging environment that helps agents achieve their goals. Our team of experienced Real Estate agents is ready to help our clients walk through the process of buying that perfect home or selling their home for the best price.

Don Dunham III Real Estate seeks knowledgeable and enthusiastic agents to join our team. If you are not currently licensed, no problem; we will train and provide mentoring! As a Real Estate agent with Don Dunham III Real Estate, you will be a licensed Realtor and member of the local and National Association of REALTORS®. You will be the client’s primary contact from the first message to the final sale.

Compensation *$50,000 - $100,000. annually

*Compensation is contingent on time, effort, and dedication to prospecting and closed transactions.

Hours:Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Weekends and evenings as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A team player.
  • A licensed Real Estate agent or the ability to obtain a license is necessary.
  • Candidates should have a high school diploma, with an associate’s or higher degree preferred.
  • Sufficient knowledge of the local Real Estate market and recent trends in the industry.
  • Have superb interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a disciplined daily prospecting routine, actively filling your pipeline with opportunities using a strategy developed with your Real Estate mentor.
  • An intelligent problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust.
  • Ensure potential buyers and sellers are well-informed about the local housing market.
  • Willing to reach out to pre-qualified leads promptly to gauge their interest and determine their wants and needs as a homebuyer or seller.
  • Diligent in completing required documents.
  • Manage facilitation of required documentation for legal property transactions and ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction.
  • Act as the intermediary between the client and the cooperating agent to ensure a smooth Real Estate transaction.
  • Participate in open houses, schedule home showings, and show homes to potential buyers.
