SalaryWe are in need of a professional Real Estate recruiter to help us identify driven new agents who can meet the demands of our growing Real Estate business. You’ll be responsible for reaching out to agents, ensuring their abilities align with our high-performance standards, and evaluating if they’re a great culture fit for the team. - Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our Real Estate Sales team
- Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
- Present an update on the success of implemented recruiting methods to the team on a regular basis
- Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
- Utilize job boards to post jobs that reach potential new Real Estate team members
- Actively seek out and recruit Real Estate agents to join our team
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
- Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure they meet our criteria
- Provide support and guidance to new recruits during the onboarding process
- Collaborate with the management team to identify staff needs and goals
- Represent our company at industry events and career fairs
- Great at time management and organization
- Familiar with online job posting tools
- At least 2 years experience recruiting in Real Estate, inside sales, or similar field
- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Previous experience in Real Estate or recruiting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Knowledge of local Real Estate market trends
- Remote position
- Must be local to Virginia
