This job contributes to Starbucks success by partnering with store development managers and cross-functional teams in identifying, prioritizing, and developing new sites for Starbucks retail stores, as well as existing portfolio optimization responsibilities. As a real estate representative you will...
• Support Store Development goals of opening new stores, managing existing store fleet, and supporting the overall regional strategy
• Collaborate with Store Development, Design, Strategy, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other internal team
• Have integral responsibilities including attending industry events, coordinating approvals, working with brokers, landlords, architects, contractors, attorneys, and various other internal/external stakeholder
We'd love to hear from people with:
• 1+ years of contract administration
• 1+ years of exposure to commercial or retail industry
• 2+ years of project administration in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage
