Practice Director, Real Estate and Construction

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Director to lead our Real Estate and Construction recruitment division. This key leadership role is based out of our New York City office.
Position Overview:
As the Practice Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and success in the Real Estate and Construction sector. The ideal candidate is an entrepreneurial spirit with a strong passion for sales, a proven track record of success, and the ability to lead and inspire a team of recruiters.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and manage client relationships with a focus on senior level XXX direct hire/permanent needs.
Maintain consistent sales growth by continuously establishing new accounts and positioning us as a strategic advisor delivering actionable insights and practical business solutions.
Track and record sales activity in ATS.
Lead meetings to increase efficiency and drive accountability.
Deliver and execute best practices related to business development and recruitment.
Contribute to a strategic plan that outlines growth objectives and a road map.
Achieve established sales and performance goals.
REQUIREMENTS
Minimum 8 years' experience in the staffing industry.
Bachelor’s degree
Experience leading and developing a team.
Proven success achieving and/or exceeding performance goals.
Hard working and eager to contribute to individual and team success
Proactive, self-starter, ability to take direction
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to positively present our company and open roles to potential candidates
