Responsibilities
- Follow-up with leads
- Nurture relationships
- Hold buyer and seller consultations
- Show and sell homes
- Write and negotiate offers
- Close deals
- Lead generating client-facing services (Realtor.com, Zillow, etc.)
- Act as an intermediary between your seller and potential buyer
- Advise buyer/seller in handling additional offers to purchase submitted between contract and closing
- Review all clauses in listing contract and obtain seller’s signature
- Networking, networking, networking
Qualifications
- Past sales experience is preferred
- Arizona Real Estate License is required. Don’t have one? We can help.
Compensation
$75,000+ Commission Opportunity
