Real Estate Paralegal

Faulkner Law Firm is looking for a detail-oriented experienced Real Estate Paralegal who can work with little supervision and think outside the box. Candidates must be professional, have strong organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively with agents, lenders, buyers, and sellers, read and interpret title work, cure title issues if necessary, prepare closing disclosures, HUD statements, and other closing documents including deeds. This person must be able to work with others as well as independently and able to adapt to the fast changing environment. This person will be responsible for the transaction from contract to post-close, including disbursement. Candidates must have at least one year of Real Estate experience in all aspects of the closing, and preferably experience with Microsoft Word, Outlook, Amicus Attorney, ProForm, and SoftPro.
