Job Description
We are seeking a full-time videographer and graphic artist who has a gift and a real passion for their work. We are a top-selling Real Estate team and need someone who can create, produce, and edit high-quality video, perform scans on our listings to create 3d tours and assist the Marketing Director with day-to-day marketing support for the company. Drone operating experience is a plus.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys their work, is coachable, and is reliable. Our listing coordinator will set video/scan appointments for you. Just be on time and ready to work!
Compensation:$30,000 - $40,000 yearly
Responsibilities:- Ability to produce high quality virtual tours to post on various websites and attractively market the most homes possible
- Photograph homes listed for sale ensuring properties look their best and sell fast
- Edit and manipulate photos to produce high quality results
- Help in the creation of website and all social media content to highlight agency’s professionalism and properties
- Advise Real Estate agents and homeowners on staging during the photo shoot to help ensure the best visual results
- Ability to attend multiple shoots per day and/or week in order to provide the best possible customer service to our clients
- Design, Edit, Produce High Level Videography of Real Estate Listings
- Assist Marketing Director with Graphic Design projects as needed
- Operate Drone for aerial footage of homes and/or land
- Take room measurements and calculate square footage
- Record characteristics of the house on home data-sheets
- Experience in Real Estate photography preferred but not required
- Have a comprehensive knowledge of photography, lenses, lighting and video equipment
- Excellent computer skills including working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Photoshop
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, follow detailed instructions, and balance multiple deadlines
- Outgoing personality who likes working with people and can adapt and implement last minute creative suggestions and changes
- Experience operating drones
- Graphic design experience a plus!
