Responsibilities:
Prospect pre-qualified leads generated by sales agents to convert them into new business and schedule listing appointments
Contact all leads and requests in a timely manner to ensure growth of our customer base
Call clients to give weekly reports on the status of their listing so they are more likely to provide good customer ratings and referrals
Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly
Assist clients on closing days by being present during their final step of the home-buying process when needed
Qualifications:
At least one year of work experience in Real Estate sales
Ability to use or quickly learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
Ability to use Real Estate CRM to keep client data safe and orderly
Ability to work on your own and motivate yourself
Team player who believes their success is the team’s success
A valid Real Estate License is required for this job

Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
