Our Real Estate team members work in a non-corporate, fast-paced sales environment as part of our Sales Team. Our inside sales rep will interact with a variety of sellers in acquiring their property for our investors. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, ability to negotiate and build connections with homeowners. $60,000 - $90,000 yearly
Responsibilities:Job Responsibilities
- Keep the customer database updated to ensure the information on prospective and past clients is current
- Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls, or other forms of communication
- Assess and send qualified leads to inbound sales representatives so they can convert clients and provide quick turnaround
- Expand the clientele by finding new business opportunities within specific geographies
- Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed
- Utilize CRM daily to track all necessary contact interactions details and monitor the sales process
- Develop and execute a calling strategy to target sellers within an assigned territory
- Mine prior leads sellers from CRM to acquire their property for investors
- Negotiate terms and conditions, and prepare and execute detailed contracts, agreements
- Cold call-specific targeted leads to generate additional revenue
- Perform analysis on property values using comps, data, market trends, and research
- Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed
- Must have great verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to close deals over the phone
- 1 + year experience in sales and any real estate experience is a plus
- Has the competency to evaluate properties, through comps, data, and market trends
- Self-motivated, Positive attitude, and Coachable
