Locations: Hybrid based in Neenah, WI, Roswell, GA, or fully remote based in the U.S.
Dates: May - August 2024
Summary of Positions
We have two (2) unique internship opportunities where you'll work closely with a team that is delivering strategic Real Estate support to our global business units.

  • REFM Global Real Estate Business Partnership Intern
  • REFM Glob al Real Estate Process Intern

Role expectations
This is a great opportunity to experience strategic portfolio planning and relationship management for a global corporate Real Estate portfolio. As a team member, you can expect to learn and contribute to these areas:
  • Analysis of existing Real Estate portfolio
  • Site and portfolio strategy development
  • Options analysis and business case development
  • Global commercial Real Estate markets
  • Implementation of end-to-end data analytics solutions
  • Crafting communications related to audit findings
  • Learning company tools and systems

Qualifications
  • College student pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Real Estate, Economics with a GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Skills in automating business processes
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Power Platform skills desired but not required
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours/week mid-to-late May to August 2024)
  • Presently authorized to work in the United States, on a regular, full-time basis
