We are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and teamwork. Must be extremely fun and love high-standard goals. Responsibilities:
- Sell off-market deals to buyers using all communication channels; calling, email, social media, text, etc.
- Execute various marketing strategies to find investor buyers for our off-market investment deals
- Manage and create relationships with buyers.
- Research and Analyze properties
- Run comparables on properties to determine sale price
- Research buyers in the area and cold call them to sell our off-market deals
- Act as a liaison between sellers, buyers, title agencies, lenders, inspectors, etc. during the process of successfully closing a Real Estate transaction once in contract.
Qualifications:
- Candidates should be organized and able to communicate written and verbal information to clients accurately and clearly
- Experience in the Real Estate investment industry a must
