Real Estate Disposition Manager

We are a well-established Real Estate company seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the Real Estate industry and a thorough understanding of the disposition process.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage the disposition strategy for the company's Real Estate assets
• Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers
• Negotiate sale terms and conditions with buyers
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and associated documents
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to Real Estate Disposition

Qualifications

• A history of success in sales
• Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills

• Self-motivated with a demonstrated capacity for success
• Outstanding time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Flexible and eager to work some nights and weekends
• Resourceful and positive team player

• Familiarity with Real Estate software and tools
• Strong understanding of local Real Estate markets and industry trends
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Pay: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
