We are a well-established Real Estate company seeking a skilled and experienced Real Estate Disposition Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of success in the Real Estate industry and a thorough understanding of the disposition process.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the disposition strategy for the company's Real Estate assets
- Evaluate and analyze potential buyers and offers
- Negotiate sale terms and conditions with buyers
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth disposition process
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and associated documents
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulations related to Real Estate Disposition
Qualifications
- A history of success in sales
- Confident phone and in-person negotiation skills

- Self-motivated with a demonstrated capacity for success
- Outstanding time management and ability to meet deadlines
- Flexible and eager to work some nights and weekends
