Position:
We are searching for a passionate and highly skilled Real Estate Closer to set a high bar for success in our industry.

  • Action-Oriented Attitude: You must be willing to attend 2-4 in-person appointments on a daily basis.
  • Commitment & Dedication: The first 6 months of this role require commission-only compensation, so you must be highly driven to succeed.

Compensation:

$100,000 - $140,000

Responsibilities:

  • Attend in-person meetings daily to purchase houses
  • Utilize warm leads to create potential appointments
  • Provide swift reactions to sales chances
  • Monitor and develop leads inside the CRM program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with future property sellers
  • Seamlessly transition from phone conversations to Real Estate presentations
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the local Real Estate market
  • Exemplify our company values in negotiations and appraisals
  • Participate in personal and professional development opportunities
  • Attend essential meetings and training sessions to stay ahead of the market
  • Execute administrative duties related to the role

Qualifications:

  • Superior communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Demonstrated success in a sales call center over the last two years
  • Experience transitioning from phone sales to in-person meetings
  • Possession of a Real Estate license is preferred
  • A High School Diploma or higher is preferred
  • Proven record of exceeding sales goals
