Compensation:$90,000+ commission based
Responsibilities:- Establish relationships with buyers to understand their particular requirements and inclinations.
- Execute property searches, arrange property visits, and supply comprehensive data to customers.
- Guide buyers in analyzing current market conditions, estimating prices, and devising competitive offers.
- Assist buyers over the entire purchase process, from negotiating the offer to executing the closing.
- A deep-rooted passion for Real Estate and a willingness to learn and grow in the profession.
- An outstanding capacity for communication and interpersonal interactions.
