Craft Exit Narratives: Create and execute multiple compelling asset disposition strategies.

Price Sculpting: Fluidly adapt pricing in real-time, based on market pulse

Underwriting Support: Assist in evaluating commercial and development properties.

Administrative Tasks: Provide operational support to keep the team efficient.

Your Toolkit:

1-4+ years in roles demanding high-level analysis and creative problem-solving. Think commercial Real Estate analysis, financial wizardry, or appraisal artistry.

Tech-savvy: Mastery in Real Estate analysis systems, Microsoft Office, BI, and SQL—or the aptitude to learn swiftly.

Real estate license, or a game plan to acquire one for vital MLS access.

Razor-sharp analytical mind coupled with innovative thinking.

Exceptional collaborative and communication skills.
