Responsibilities:

- Assist clients in buying, investing, and selling properties

- Provide guidance and support throughout the entire Real Estate transaction process

- Conduct market research and analysis to determine property values

- List and advertise properties for sale or rent

- Show properties to potential buyers or investors

- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale

- Coordinate property showings, inspections, and appraisals

- Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of property listings and transactions

Experience:

- Previous experience in sales or Real Estate is preferred but not required

- Knowledge of fair housing regulations and Real Estate administrative processes is a plus

- Strong communication and negotiation skills

- Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable but not required

Skills:

- Excellent sales skills with the ability to market properties effectively

- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously

- Knowledge of RE Commission rules and regulations

- Ability to effectively communicate with clients, colleagues, and investors
