Responsibilities:
- Identify Opportunities: Develop new opportunities within specific geographic areas our team serves to drive business growth.
- Lead Management: Follow up diligently with leads to increase sales conversion rates.
- Client Satisfaction: Meet with clients to understand their property preferences, fulfill their needs, and guide them through buying or selling.
- Exceptional Service: Provide world-class customer service to build trust, enhance satisfaction, and boost sales volume.
- Local Expertise: Possess in-depth community knowledge to answer questions about potential homes and neighborhood amenities.
- Tech-Savvy: Utilize cutting-edge technology and digital tools to manage leads and transactions efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Consult with buyer and seller clients to hone in on their home wants and needs and close the deal
- Create written purchase offers for buyer clients to create a quick and easy closing process
- Identify Opportunities: Develop new opportunities within specific geographic areas our team serves to drive business growth.
- Lead Management: Follow up diligently with leads to increase sales conversion rates.
- Client Satisfaction: Meet with clients to understand their property preferences, fulfill their needs, and guide them through buying or selling.

Qualifications:
- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Real Estate License: Must hold a valid California Real Estate Salesperson/Broker License.
- Organized: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively and stay organized.
- Self-motivated: Driven to perform tasks independently and achieve targets.
- Communication Skills: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Adaptability: Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies.
- High Expectations: A strong desire to exceed expectations, aiming for more than ten transactions annually, well above the industry average.
- Video Marketing Expertise: Ideal candidates will leverage their video marketing skills to consistently create engaging content that attracts potential clients, enhancing their success in the Real Estate industry.
- Open to Experienced Agents: We welcome experienced agents to join our team.

Pay: 100% commission-based
