Responsibilities:- Manage the hiring process, set up interviews, make recommendations to hiring managers based on who you find to be the best fit for our team and culture, and follow up with candidates who are not selected
- Recruit entry-level agents with high growth potential via cold calling, emailing, networking events, or other forms of communication to round out our Real Estate sales team
- Set up a process for vetting new candidates that is scalable and ensures each candidate meets our criteria
- Make sure all candidate files are properly stored and managed to assure privacy and keep information readily available
- Give regular presentations on the success of recruiting tactics
- Familiar with online job posting tools
- Must have a college degree
- Superb time management and organizational skills
- Need to be comfortable talking with new people and have solid writing abilities as well
- 2+ years experience in Real Estate recruiting, sales, or related position
