We offer access to Zillow Premier Leads, SISU tracking software, a client portal, and a dedicated transaction coordination (TC) team for seamless transactions and listing input. Our integration of Sierra CRM with Hatch Messaging Systems and Espresso Dialer for Expired listings, coupled with MOJO dialer and leads from various sources like Google PPC, Facebook, Ylopo, zBuyer As-Is leads, and Opcity referral leads, provides a rich lead generation environment. Additionally, we have a dedicated investment arm within the brokerage capable of cash purchases for homes. For comprehensive support, we offer Fello home evaluation and seller engagement software.

Moreover, our coaching opportunities are abundant, with daily coaching sessions available through platforms like JustinTime, Hatch coaching, and RISE for Opcity, ensuring continuous growth and development. Regular team meetings and one-on-one sessions with the Broker or Director further enhance individual progress. We provide a spacious office environment with no fees, boasting over 5,000 sqft of renovated office space in Clayton, MO, a central business hub for St. Louis. Marketing materials, including property photos, business cards, flyers, stationary, and sign riders, are provided to our team. Emphasizing a collaborative and supportive culture, we encourage team members to assist one another when needed, allowing for a healthy work-life balance and the opportunity for vacations and time off. We offer in-depth training, both online and in-person, ensuring all agents are well-versed with our programs, key performance indicators (KPIs), and compliance standards. Additionally, we have a mentorship program in place to support new agents as they acclimate to our team and industry demands.

Whether you've held a Real Estate license for a decade or just a few days, we're confident in our training program's ability to empower you. Our comprehensive onboarding process is unparalleled. In your initial four days with our company, we immerse you in an intensive training that equips you with a direct and efficient skillset. Learn how to turn leads into appointments, conduct compelling buyer/seller consultations, and master the contract. All with a single goal in mind – to get you producing within one week. Post onboarding, you can avail continuous training five days a week on various topics, including roleplays, listing appointment prep, closing classes, and more.

  • Represent Sellers/Buyers in residential Real Estate transactions.
  • Access to 100,000 leads that are looking to buy/sell within the next 3 months.
  • Write residential purchase agreements/listing agreements for your clients.
  • Evaluate properties to determine their value for sellers.
  • Be available to all your clients when they need you.
  • Update all systems CRM’s with channel partners.
