Position Title: Investor Relations Associate

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated Real Estate Agent to join our team and contribute to our continued growth and success. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in expanding our portfolio through cold calls, acquisitions, leasing, sales, and investor relations activities. We will give High Commissions!

Responsibilities:

• Make cold calls, acquisitions, entitlements, investors, leasing, sales, etc.
• Conduct market research to identify potential acquisition opportunities in the multi-family Real Estate market.
• Collaborate with the development team to evaluate potential deals and perform financial analysis.
• Assist in negotiating purchase agreements and other legal documents.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts, including property inspections and financial analysis.
• Cultivate relationships with potential investors and assist in fundraising efforts.
• Oversee leasing and sales activities for existing properties, including marketing and tenant relations.
• Stay current on market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Real Estate acquisitions, Real Estate Agent, development, or sales.
• With Real Estate License Preferably
• Strong understanding of the Los Angeles multi-family Real Estate market.
• Proven track record of successful deal-making and relationship-building.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
