• Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward
• Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction
• Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition

• Qualify leads and turn them into profitable transactions through rapport building, negotiations, and creating win-win solutions
• Manage leads and follow up through daily CRM use to update and stay on task until deals are closed
• Make offers to sellers and get properties under contract for purchase by our organization

• Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments
• Must be driven and passionate about real estate asset selling and goal-oriented

• Preference for 1+ years in any Sales, Acquisitions, or Real Estate Position
• Must be driven and passionate about being the best
