Readiness Analyst

Overview
JST is currently seeking a Readiness Analyst to join our team. The Readiness Analyst will ensure Mission Essential Tasks (METs) are appropriately assigned and associated Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statements are accurate and current.

Readiness Analyst Responsibilities

• Perform as a technical SME to compile and analyze readiness data from Joint Cyberspace Command and Control (JCC2) readiness applications, Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS), and Deliberate & Crisis Action Planning & Execution Segments (DCAPES)
• Analyze unit readiness reporting, identify trends, and recommend appropriate corrective actions
• Ensure Mission Essential Tasks (METs) are appropriately assigned and associated Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statements are accurate and current
• Coordinate across staffs to provide oversight and recommendations for Unit Type Code (UTC) development and posturing activities
• Assist with the development and analysis of data readiness briefings
• Utilizing the appropriate database/system, support, and augment AF Component deployment functions to include sourcing, verification, and validation of deployment requirements
• Establishes, develops, and maintains effective working relationships with other coordinating organizations. Participates in Readiness discussions, meetings, conferences, and supports special projects
• Participate in and, if required, help facilitate readiness working groups, Operational Planning Teams, and Integrated Planning Teams
• Assist with drafting and preparing products (e.g., talking papers, bullet background papers, item of interests, briefing charts, etc.) to update leadership/staff on readiness, force presentation/generation and GFM
• Reviews of plans, policy, orders, and provide inputs and recommendations
• Assists leadership/staff and respond to requests for information (RFI) as needed

Readiness Analyst Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent
• 6-8 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience utilizing Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and Deliberate & Crisis Action Planning & Execution Segments (DCAPES)
• Experience and strong skills with Microsoft Office Suite
• Expertise in cyber mission areas and capabilities
• Familiarization with ISR, Electromagnetic Warfare (EW), and Information Operations (IO)

Required Clearances and Screenings

• MUST have an active TS/SCI security clearance
• MUST be able to successfully pass a drug screen and background check
• COVID-19 vaccination may be a required condition of employment
