React Native Developer( Backend)

Job Description:

Client Mobile Shopping is seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Development Engineer to join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the foundation that drives unparalleled shopping experiences for millions of users across the globe. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies, contribute to the next generation of APIs, rendering frameworks, and tooling, and impact how customers interact with our mobile app.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of the next-generation rendering framework for the Client Shopping application on iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Take ownership of the full stack, including Native, React Native, and rendering framework, ensuring industry-leading solutions that empower Client to deliver faster and more efficiently.
• Collaborate closely with a diverse team of engineers, contributing your expertise in software engineering and operational excellence.
• Drive innovation and automation while maintaining a focus on quality, test coverage, and scalability.
• Work alongside Client Teams to enhance current products and capabilities, supporting and promoting app-centric innovation across the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 4-5+ years of solid software development experience, with a proven track record of leading decision-making processes and teams.
• Proficiency in iOS and/or Android development, with expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Native, React Native, and rendering frameworks on iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Passion for engineering excellence, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and a drive for tackling complex challenges.
• Strong leadership qualities with clear communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
• Experience in high-volume mobile environments is preferred but not required.
• Prior experience in the retail industry is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
