Reach Truck Forklift Operator - 2Nd Shift

We are seeking a skilled second shift Forklift Operator to join our team in the Lowell, Michigan area. We are looking for someone with prior standup forklift experience. As a Forklift Operator, you will be responsible for operating a forklift to move, load, and unload materials within our warehouse. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will be essential in ensuring the efficient and accurate movement of goods. The ideal candidate will have prior stand-up Reach Truck experience. We use Raymond stand-up forklifts.

The hours for this position will vary right now. We are operating around a 25 hour work week. The hours will increase to 40 per week but right now we're looking for someone who has the flexibility with their work schedule. The normal full time hours are 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday but we're having employees come in at 2:00 p.m. and work until the job is done for the evening.

Responsibilities:
- Operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse
- Load and unload trucks using a forklift
- Stack and organize products in designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance checks on the forklift
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines at all times
- Assist with inventory management and cycle counting
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow

Experience:
- Previous experience as a stand-up Forklift Operator is needed. Will be doing some hand picking and packing and labeling as needed.

Salary: From $19.21 per hour

Schedule: 2:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. Monday-Thursday
