R&D Line Operator

Job Summary:

The R&D Line Operator will be in charged to take care of the R&D production line activities related on the development of new products.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

· R&D Manager

Duties/Responsibilities:

· Pilot line set up (extruder cleaning and extruder parameter setting)

· Preparing raw material mixtures

· Running the extruder according to instructions

· Finished product packaging

· Screw profile assembly

· R&D warehouse management and raw material handling (running a forklift)

· Lift and cut 50 pound bags

· Feed the materials into the feeders of the extruder

· Cooperate with Production team when needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

· Must be a self-motivated individual

· Great attendance record

· Enjoy a fast-paced work environment

· Candidate must be able to work overtime, if required

Education and Experience:

· High school diploma.

Physical Requirements:

· Prolonged periods of standing, walking

· lifting up to 50 lb

Starting wage: 18$/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
