At-a-Glance:
Are you ready to build your career by joining an international food and beverage company? If so, our client is hiring a R&D Lab Technician
What You'll Do:

• Performing chemical and physical testing on submitted flavor and beverage samples using standard and other detailed methods of analysis.
• Preparing and maintaining chemicals, chemical solutions, sample dilutions as needed for performance of analysis.
• Following appropriate GLP and lab safety protocols.
• Opening sample boxes, receiving samples in LIMS system and pairing flavor samples with appropriate controls.
• Returning samples and controls to refrigerator.
• Archiving flavor samples using a barcode scanner for long term storage.
• Setting up sensory panels for QC analysis.
• Assisting Global Flavor QC team and Core Analytical team when needed.

What You Bring:

• BS degree in chemistry, biology
• Proficiency in computer skills
• Must be good in MS Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
• Must have good collaboration and communication skills
• Well organized and detail oriented.
