Job Title: RCM Client Performance Manager - US Full Time Remote Position

Job Overview:
Revele, a leading revenue cycle management company, is seeking a highly motivated Client Performance Manager with a passion for client success to join our team. As a Client Performance Manager, you will be responsible for directing and overseeing the client relationship, meeting client expectations, and driving revenue optimization. Responsibilities:


Revenue Optimization / Client Consultation:


  • Provides leadership to both the Client Success Team and the Client resulting in improved cash flow, increased revenue, and overall client satisfaction
  • Supports the teams through knowledge of Revenue Cycle Management, Revele billing processes, and system support
  • Directs team and prioritizes issues that align with overall account performance
  • Consults with clients for improved financial performance
  • Handles escalations and provides strong professional support to both the client and the internal Revele team
  • Focuses on client retention efforts
  • Reviews client quality scores impacting revenue including MIPS, MACRA, etc.
  • Reviews and provides a full and accurate assessment of the monthly performance dashboard


New Client Implementations:


  • Ensures established client expectations are on track throughout implementation
  • Works collaboratively with cross-functional Revele teams to ensure proper EHR workflow, processes, and reporting are established to meet client expectations
  • Works with the Consulting Team to evaluate and recommend best practices that will ensure positive outcomes through a standardized Change Management process
  • Leads the transition of the client from the Implementation Team to the Client Success Team


Internal Resource Responsibilities:


  • Develops and maintains effective working relationships with cross-functional teams to identify inefficiencies and gaps in billing processes and recommends changes and improvements for systemic issues impacting client
  • Acts as a liaison between Revele teams and the client for issues related to, but not limited to, contract changes, rate adjustments, profitability reporting, etc
  • Coordinates with Compliance / Legal Teams to address any issues related to accounting, legal, or compliance concerns
  • Partners with Business Development / Partner Solutions on the implementation of new products and services, enhancements to systems, and operation changes in the workflow


Desired Skills/Qualifications:


  • Background in all aspects of physician revenue cycle management, practice management
  • Proven track record of driving strategic initiatives, leading teams and achieving high-performance results
  • Ability to effectively speak with corporate executives, physicians and their employees, and all level of staff within the company
  • Ability to drive new client start-ups and implementation
  • Demonstrated ability in managing large projects with multi-disciplinary teams, with exceptional relationship-building skills
  • Practical work experience in business development
  • Medical billing revenue cycle and accounts receivable management
  • Financial reporting/analytics
  • Knowledge of third-party billing and claims processing procedures
  • eClinicalWorks EMR system experience preferred, but EMR/EHR experience is required
  • Takes initiative and is a self-starter
  • Proactively communicates with clients and team members
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Must be a team player and work well with a variety of coworkers and clients
  • Ability to proactively identify problems and offer creative and effective solutions
  • Ability to work remotely from home in the US
