Form of workWestern Dental Services, Inc., California's largest dental services provider and one of the nation's largest dental HMO's, is looking for a bright, motivated, Cash Poster representative. The Insurance Poster Representative will be posting insurance payments and adjusting patient accounts as needed. Western Dental's team consists of over 600 professionals and staff at Western's corporate headquarters in Orange, California and more than 300 dental clinic locations.
Responsibilities
- Ability to analyze and interpret information on Electronic Remittance Advice (ERA)/Explanation of Benefits (EOB)
- Accurately apply payments to the billing system
- Balance posted payments to checks/batches
- Troubleshoot out-of balance batches
- Research difficult ERAs/EOBs to avoid posting to unapplied
- Able to be flexible in work hour
