JOB DESCRIPTION
- SCHEDULING:
- Full-time availability preferred; part-time available.
- Before school (M-F, 5-8am), after school (M-F, 5:30-9pm), Saturdays (12-9pm), and/or Sundays (two shifts: 8am-2pm; 2pm-9pm) are available.
- RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Implementation of treatment plans developed by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) addressing communication, behavior, feeding, and social skill needs
- Monitor the progress of clients and work closely with the BCBA to update treatment plans as necessary
- The ABA technician/RBT position is a part-time, hourly position, working in a client home or in the community
- After-school, weekend, in-home, and daytime hours are available
- REQUIREMENTS:
- Valid RBT certification (Hawaii Behavioral Health offers a certification training program)
- High School Diploma minimum, Associate’s or Bachelor's degrees preferred
- Experience working with individuals with autism, other intellectual or developmental disabilities, and/or severe problem behavior preferred
- CPR/BLS certification preferred but not required
