You will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including patients' homes, schools, or our centers.

Job Type: Part-time

Role: Behavior Technician

Compensation: $18-$24/hr

Locations: San Bernardino/Fontana, CA

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
• Support clients in their day-to-day activities, closely monitor behavior, record and collect data on progress, and maintain effective communication with clients.
• Work within a clinical team, taking on the responsibility of implementing treatment plans and collecting data in both individual and group settings.

• Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous.

Qualifications:

• Certificate, bachelor's, or associate's degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
• High school Diploma/GED required.
• BTL1 Certificate (company will pay for the program for those that qualify).
• Relevant experience preferred.
• Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
• Must be physically fit and able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation if working in person.
• Commitment to a consistent work schedule for 6 months.
