You will provide applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in various settings, including patients' homes, schools, or our centers.

Role: Behavior Technician
Compensation: $18-$24/hr
Locations: San Bernardino/Fontana, CA
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Behavior Analysts to implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans.
- Support clients in their day-to-day activities, closely monitor behavior, record and collect data on progress, and maintain effective communication with clients.
- Work within a clinical team, taking on the responsibility of implementing treatment plans and collecting data in both individual and group settings.

- Previous experience in a behavioral health setting is advantageous.

Qualifications:
- Certificate, bachelor's, or associate's degree in behavioral health or related field preferred.
- High school Diploma/GED required.
- BTL1 Certificate (company will pay for the program for those that qualify).
- Relevant experience preferred.
- Must be physically fit and able to lift and carry 50 lbs.
- Must be physically fit and able to sit on the floor and stand for long periods.
- Reliable transportation if working in person.
- Commitment to a consistent work schedule for 6 months.
