ProCare Therapy is actively seeking a highly motivated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team in Pennsylvania. This full-time opportunity is available for an immediate start and will run until the culmination of the school year. Position Summary:

As an RBT at ProCare Therapy, you will play a pivotal role in delivering Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities. Your duties will encompass implementing behavior intervention plans, data collection and analysis, and close collaboration with a professional team to provide tailored support for each child.

Qualifications:

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Preferred bachelor's degree in a related field
• Pennsylvania state licensure (if applicable)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Full-time availability until the end of the school year
