Maxim Healthcare Services Alhambra Office is hiring for a Registered Behavioral Technician to work one-on-one with children with Autism within the San Gabriel Valley and Los Angeles.

Responsibilities:
- Help children work on social skills, communication skills, and repetitive or restrictive behaviors
- Document child progress and milestones
- Follow and implement behavior change plans created by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts
- Provides behavior support services and crisis intervention
- Follow instructions of the BCBA/Program supervisor
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certificate
- Passion for working with children with special needs
- Strong communication skills
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of one (1) year relevant experience required
- Current CPR/FA certification or willingness to obtain one
- Computer proficiency required
Compensation:
- Hourly pay rate between $22 - $24 based on experience, education, and certification
- $50 referral bonus
