Job Summary
Set up and operate equipment that mixes and/or blends ingredients used in the manufacturing of pasta products. Maintain production areas in a safe and sanitary condition.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
· Calibrate and maintain ingredient feeders.
· Complete changeover calibrations.
· Empty feeders and refill with needed additives to maintain levels
· Use FIFO to maintain proper date rotation of all additives.
· Accurately record information on additive sheets.
· Organize regrind according to FIFO and operate regrind dump station.
· Coordinate blending projects.
· Perform re-work projects in accordance with plant needs.
· Follow daily sanitation checklist and perform all required sanitation.
· Operate fork trucks and automated pallet jacks to move ingredients.
· Follow all safety requirements and perform work in a safe and efficient manner.
· Perform other duties as assigned.
Essential Job Requirements
· High School Education or GED required.
· Previous forklift operating experience preferred; must be able to pass forklift certification.
· Must be able to lift, bend, twist and carry up to 50 pounds frequently.
· Must be able to occasionally lift up to 75 pounds.
· Must be able to climb stairs.
· Must be able to work in a hot, humid work environment throughout a 8- hour shift.
· Must be able to stand on concrete floors for up to 8 hours.
· Must be detail oriented and able to record numeric information accurately.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.31 - $21.45 per hour

Experience:
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
- Food Manufacturing: 2 years (Preferred)
