Raw Bar/Prep

```Job Summary```
We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Raw Bar/Prep. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with food preparation and ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary department. ```Duties```
- Assist with the preparation of raw bar items, such as oysters, clams, and shrimp
- Follow recipes and portion sizes to ensure consistency in food quality
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of food preparation techniques
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent knife skills for precise cutting and slicing
- Previous experience in a restaurant or catering setting is preferred
- Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
- Knowledge of dietary restrictions and ability to accommodate special dietary needs is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 50 per week
