A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RAW BAR SERVER

Our business hours are Sunday through Thursday from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM and Friday-Saturday from 11:00 AM to midnight. This full-time restaurant position typically works some nights and weekends.

As a Raw Bar Server, you work behind our Raw Bar serving up our famous fresh oysters that our customers can't get enough of. In this customer service role, you're responsible for shucking and plating a variety of oysters to order, ensuring that they're always served at peak freshness. And let's not forget about teamwork – you work with your coworkers to keep the bar stocked with ice and condiments while also keeping things organized, even during our busiest hours.

REQUIREMENTS FOR A RAW BAR SERVER

• 21+ years of age
• 1+ years of experience
• Ability to stand for the majority of the shift
• Food handler's permit or the ability to obtain one
