Ranch Hand

Job Overview:
Cascade Meadow Ranch is a Private Residential community. We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Ranch Hand to join our team. As a Ranch Hand, you will be responsible for assisting with various tasks around the ranch. This is a physically demanding role that requires working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the daily care and maintenance of the ranch, including feeding and watering horses, cleaning paddocks, and maintaining pastures
- Perform general ranch duties such as landscape maintenance, irrigation, dragging arenas, clearing roads, maintaining fences; repair and painting
- Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of barns, sheds, and other ranch facilities
- Perform heavy lifting as required for tasks such as moving hay bales
- Utilize hand tools to perform various tasks around the ranch

Skills:
- Experience working on a farm or ranch preferred
- Knowledge of equine care and handling techniques
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical labor
- Knowledge of hand tools and their proper use
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.63 - $22.44 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
